Audova(이하 "앱")는 사용자가 직접 가져온 음악 파일을 기기에서 재생하는 앱입니다. 개발자는 계정, 서버, 광고, 분석 도구를 운영하지 않으며 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 이 방침은 앱이 기기 밖으로 보내는 정보가 무엇이고 왜 보내는지 정확히 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없고, 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 어떤 정보도 전송하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석(애널리틱스) SDK, 크래시 리포팅 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 앱의 저장공간(iOS 앱 샌드박스)에만 저장되고 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 가져온 음악 파일과 그 태그(제목, 아티스트, 앨범, 장르 등)
- 앨범 아트, 가사 파일(.lrc)
- 재생목록, 즐겨찾기, 재생 대기열, 이퀄라이저·음량 설정, 언어 설정
- 곡의 템포·키·음량·음색 분석 결과와 이를 바탕으로 한 분위기·비슷한 곡 정보
- 곡 편집 화면에서 카메라로 촬영하거나 사진 보관함에서 고르거나 "표지 찾기"로 저장한 커버 이미지
이 데이터는 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 사용자가 iPhone 백업(iCloud 백업 또는 컴퓨터 백업)을 켠 경우, iOS가 앱 데이터를 백업에 포함할 수 있으며 이는 Apple의 정책에 따릅니다. 파일 공유 기능을 통해 사용자는 Finder 또는 파일 앱에서 Audova 폴더의 파일을 직접 보고 지울 수 있습니다.
3. 외부 서비스로 보내는 정보
앱은 곡 정보·발매 연도·가사가 비어 있거나 부정확한 곡을 보완하기 위해, 인터넷에 연결되어 있을 때 아래 공개 서비스에 HTTPS로 조회 요청을 보냅니다. 조회는 앱 실행 후·곡을 가져온 후 백그라운드에서 자동으로 실행되며, 곡 편집 화면에서 정보를 고친 경우에도 실행됩니다. 곡 편집 화면에서 해당 곡의 "자동 싱크"를 끄면 사용자가 입력한 제목·아티스트·장르를 조회 결과로 바꾸지 않지만, 비어 있는 가사·발매 연도를 채우기 위한 조회는 계속될 수 있습니다. 앨범 아트는 자동으로 조회하지 않습니다. 현재 버전에는 인터넷 조회 전체를 끄는 설정이 없으며, 조회를 원치 않으면 기기를 인터넷에 연결하지 않은 상태에서 사용하거나 설정 → 셀룰러에서 Audova의 셀룰러 데이터를 끌 수 있습니다(Wi-Fi 연결 시에는 조회가 실행됩니다).

앨범 아트는 자동으로 조회하지 않습니다. 앱이 보여주는 아트는 음악 파일에 내장된 표지와 사용자가 직접 고른 이미지(사진 보관함·카메라·아래 "표지 찾기")뿐이며, 같은 앨범의 곡은 그중 한 곡의 아트를 함께 보여줍니다. 곡 메뉴의 "표지 찾기"를 사용자가 직접 누르면, 앱은 그 곡의 정보로 만든 검색어로 이미지 검색 엔진의 결과 페이지를 앱 안의 웹 화면에 엽니다. 이때 아래 정보가 전송됩니다.

- 음악 파일 자체, 재생 기록, 재생목록, 사진, 기기 식별자, 연락처, 위치 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
- 모든 인터넷 요청과 마찬가지로, 요청을 받는 서버는 기술적으로 사용자의 IP 주소와 요청 시각, 앱이 붙이는 사용자 에이전트 문자열(

- 개발자는 이 요청과 응답을 중계하거나 저장하지 않으며, 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
- 파일 이름에 개인적인 내용을 적어 두었다면 그 일부가 검색어로 전송될 수 있습니다. 원치 않으면 가져오기 전에 파일 이름을 바꾸거나 태그에 제목·아티스트를 넣어 두세요.
4. 기기 내 AI 기능
iOS 26 이상에서 Apple Intelligence가 켜져 있으면, 앱은 Apple의 온디바이스 Foundation Models 프레임워크를 사용해 (1) "비 오는 날 잔잔한 노래"처럼 입력한 문장 검색의 뜻을 해석하고 (2) 가져온 파일의 이름에서 제목·아티스트를 추출하며 (3) 장르 이름을 정리합니다. 이 처리는 모두 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 검색어나 곡 정보를 개발자나 외부 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

선택한 이미지는 앱 저장공간에만 저장됩니다. 권한은 iPhone의 설정 → Audova에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 추적 및 광고
앱은 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다. 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에서 수집된 정보와 연결하지 않고, 데이터 브로커에게 정보를 제공하지 않으며, 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 따라서 "앱 추적 투명성(ATT)" 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보의 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전
개발자는 개인정보를 처리하지 않으므로 제3자 제공, 처리 위탁을 하지 않습니다. 3항의 조회는 사용자의 기기가 해당 서비스에 직접 보내는 요청이며, 해당 서비스의 서버는 대한민국 밖에 있을 수 있습니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
개발자가 보관하는 사용자 정보가 없으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 데이터가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 모든 앱 데이터는 앱에서 곡을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하여 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 궁금한 점은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
10. 방침의 변경
앱의 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 시행일을 고칩니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 설명에도 안내합니다.

Audova Privacy Policy
Personal data we collect: none
Audova (the “App”) plays music files that you bring to your own device. We do not run accounts, servers, ads or analytics, and we do not collect or store your personal data. This policy explains exactly what the App sends off your device and why.
1. Data we collect
None. The App has no sign-up or login and sends nothing to any server we operate. It contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
2. Data stored only on your device
The following stays in the App’s storage on your device (the iOS app sandbox) and is never sent to us:
- Music files you import and their tags (title, artist, album, genre, etc.)
- Album art and lyrics files (.lrc)
- Playlists, favorites, the play queue, equalizer and loudness settings, language setting
- Tempo, key, loudness and timbre analysis of your songs, and the moods and similar-song results derived from it
- Cover images you take with the camera, choose from your photo library, or save with “Find cover art”
This data is removed when you delete the App. If you use iPhone backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), iOS may include App data in those backups under Apple’s terms. With File Sharing you can see and delete the files in Audova’s folder from Finder or the Files app.
3. Data sent to third-party lookup services
To fill in missing or wrong song details, release years and lyrics, the App sends lookup requests over HTTPS to the public services below when your device is online. Lookups run automatically in the background after the App starts and after you import songs, and also after you edit a song’s details. Turning off “Auto Sync” for a song in the track editor keeps the title, artist and genre you entered from being replaced, but lookups to fill in missing lyrics or release year may still occur for that song. Album art is never looked up automatically. This version has no setting that turns off all lookups; if you do not want them, use the App while your device is offline, or turn off cellular data for Audova in Settings › Cellular (lookups still run on Wi-Fi).

Album art is not looked up automatically. The art the App shows is the cover embedded in your music files and the images you pick yourself (Photos, camera, or “Find cover art” below); songs of the same album share one song’s art. When you tap “Find cover art” in a song’s menu, the App opens the results page of an image search engine, for a query made from that song’s details, in an in-app web view. The following is sent then:

- We do not send your music files, listening history, playlists, photos, device identifiers, contacts or location.
- As with any internet request, the receiving server technically receives your IP address, the time of the request and the App’s user-agent string (

- We do not relay, see or store these requests or responses.
- If a file name contains personal text, part of it may be used as a search term. If you do not want that, rename the file or give it proper title and artist tags before importing.
4. On-device AI features
On iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on, the App uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models framework to (1) interpret sentence searches such as “quiet songs for a rainy day”, (2) extract title and artist from imported file names, and (3) tidy genre names. All of this happens on your device; search text and song information are not sent to us or to any server.

Chosen images are stored only in the App. You can turn these permissions off at any time in Settings › Audova.
6. Tracking and advertising
The App does not track you. It does not link data with data from other companies’ apps or websites, does not share data with data brokers, and shows no ads. It therefore does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
7. Children
Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
8. Sharing, processors and international transfers
We process no personal data, so we share none and use no processors. The lookups in section 3 are requests your device sends directly to those services, whose servers may be located outside your country.
9. Your rights
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete all App data on your device by removing songs in the App or deleting the App. Contact us with any questions.
10. Changes
If the App’s data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date, and mention significant changes in the App’s update notes.
