Audova(이하 "앱")는 이용자가 가져온 음악 파일을 기기에서 재생하는 앱입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

없습니다. 앱에 계정·서버·광고·분석·오류 보고 도구가 없고, 개발자는 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

가져온 음악 파일·태그·앨범 아트·가사, 재생목록·즐겨찾기·재생 대기열, 설정, 곡 분석 결과, 커버 이미지는 앱 저장공간에만 저장되고 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 곡 삭제나 앱 삭제로 지워집니다. Android에서 "기기에서 음악 찾기"로 고른 곡은 앱 1.0.1부터 복사하지 않고 있던 자리에서 재생하며(1.0.0과 Android 10에서는 앱 저장공간으로 복사합니다), 어느 경우든 그 원본 파일은 곡을 라이브러리에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 그대로 남고, 이때 지워지는 것은 분석 결과·커버 이미지·사본 같은 앱 자체 데이터뿐입니다. iOS는 iPhone 백업을 켜 두면 앱 데이터가 포함될 수 있고, 파일 앱·Finder에서 Audova 폴더를 볼 수 있습니다. Android는 기기 백업에 포함되지 않아 새 기기에서는 음악을 다시 가져오거나 다시 찾아야 하며, 제조사의 기기 간 직접 전송은 예외일 수 있습니다.

3. 외부 서비스로 보내는 정보

인터넷 연결 시 앱은 기기에서 아래 서비스로 직접 요청을 보냅니다.

앞의 두 조회는 자동으로 실행되며 설정에서 끌 수 있고, 앨범 아트는 자동으로 조회하지 않습니다. 이 밖의 외부 연결은 없고, 음악 파일·재생 기록·재생목록·사진·기기 식별자·연락처·위치는 보내지 않습니다. 파일 이름의 개인적 내용이 제목·아티스트로 읽혀 검색어에 들어갈 수 있습니다. 요청을 받는 서비스는 IP 주소와 요청 시각을 알 수 있고 각자의 개인정보 처리방침을 따르며, 개발자는 요청과 응답을 볼 수 없습니다.

4. 기기 내 AI와 권한

문장형 검색어의 해석(iOS에서는 파일 이름에서 제목·아티스트 추출과 장르 정리에도)은 Apple 또는 Google의 온디바이스 AI 모델이 처리하고, 미지원 시 일반 검색으로 대체되며, 검색어·파일 이름·곡 정보는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. Android 지원 기기에서는 Google의 시스템 서비스가 이 모델을 내려받을 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

iOS는 커버를 촬영하거나 고를 때만 카메라·사진 보관함 권한을 사용합니다. Android는 재생 컨트롤과 가져오기 진행 알림을 위한 알림 권한을 처음 재생하거나 가져올 때, 기기에서 음악을 찾아 가져올 때만 음악 파일 읽기 권한(고른 곡을 가져와 재생하는 데만 씁니다)을 요청하며, 카메라·사진 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 추적·광고·아동

이용자를 추적하거나 다른 앱·사이트의 정보와 연결하지 않고, 데이터 브로커 제공과 광고가 없으며, iOS 앱 추적 투명성 권한과 Android 광고 ID를 쓰지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공·국외 이전·이용자 권리

개발자는 개인정보를 처리하지 않으므로 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전이 없고, 열람·정정·삭제 대상도 없습니다. 3항의 요청은 기기가 직접 보내며 서버는 국외에 있을 수 있습니다.

7. 변경 및 문의

처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 설명에도 안내합니다.

Personal data we collect: none

Audova (the “App”) plays music files you bring to your device.

1. Information we collect

None. The App has no accounts, servers, ads, analytics or crash reporting, and we neither collect nor store personal information.

2. Information kept only on your device

Imported music files, tags, album art and lyrics, playlists, favorites and the play queue, settings, song analysis results and cover images are saved only in the App’s own storage, are never sent to us, and are erased when you delete a song or the App. On Android, from version 1.0.1 of the App, songs you pick with “Find music on this device” play from where they are instead of being copied (version 1.0.0 and Android 10 copy them into the App’s storage), and either way the original file stays on your device even if you remove the song from your library or delete the App; only the App’s own data, such as analysis results, cover images and its copies, is erased. On iOS, App data can be included in your iPhone backup if backup is on, and you can see the Audova folder in the Files app and in Finder. On Android it is not included in the device backup, so you have to import or re-find your music on a new phone; a manufacturer’s direct device-to-device transfer may be an exception.

3. Information sent to outside services

When you are online, the App makes requests to the services below directly from your device.

The first two lookups run automatically and can be turned off in Settings, and album art is never looked up automatically. There are no other outside connections, and we do not send your music files, playback history, playlists, photos, device identifiers, contacts or location. Personal content in a file name can be read as the title or artist and end up in a search term. The services receiving these requests can see your IP address and the time of the request and follow their own privacy policies, and we cannot see the requests or the responses.

4. On-device AI and permissions

Sentence-style search terms — and, on iOS, extracting the title and artist from file names and tidying up genres — are handled by Apple’s or Google’s on-device AI model, the App falls back to ordinary search where that is not supported, and search terms, file names and song details never leave your device. On supported Android devices, a Google system service may download that model, under Google’s policies.

On iOS, the App uses camera and photo library access only when you take or choose a cover. On Android, it asks for notification permission for playback controls and import progress the first time you play or import something, and for permission to read music files only when you find and import music from the device (used only to import and play the songs you pick); it does not ask for camera or photo permission. You can turn permissions off in your device settings.

5. Tracking, advertising and children

We do not track you or link your information with data from other apps or sites, there is no sharing with data brokers and no advertising, and the App uses neither iOS App Tracking Transparency permission nor the Android advertising ID. We also do not collect personal information from children under 14.

6. Third-party sharing, overseas transfers and your rights

Because we do not process personal information, there is no third-party sharing, no outsourced processing and no overseas transfer, and there is nothing to access, correct or delete. The requests in section 3 are sent by your device itself, and those servers may be located overseas.

7. Changes and contact

If the way data is handled changes, we will update this page and the effective date, and significant changes will also be noted in the App’s update description.
